Wendi Zwaduk (aka Megan Slayer) - Its always better on dirt!
Wendi always dreamed of writing the stories in her head. Tall, dark, and handsome heroes are her favorites, as long as he has an independent woman keeping him in line. She tends to write books with titles taken from songs because music is one of her many muses.

She earned a BA in education and as well as a Masters in Education. She has tried her hand at teaching, waitressing, and retail sales, but writing holds her heart.

Wendi love NASCAR, romance, books in general, farmland, dirt racing, and a menagerie of animals. She has books under contract with Total-E-Bound, Liquid Silver Books, and the Wild Rose Press.

What did you do on your last birthday?
I was at a dirt stock car race and I found out my best friend had her baby. Same day. I was in heaven. Loved it.

Do you have any tattoos?
Nope. I can’t decide on anything long enough to want it on my body. Shrug. I can’t make up my mind. Drives DH crazy, too.

What do you think you’re really bad at?
Driving a stick shift car. I’m really bad at the rhythm of shifting. Breaking transmissions? That’s what I’m good at.

What are you working on right now?
I’ve just finished a novel, so I’m plotting and planning my next step.

What do you think you’re really good at?
Remembering trivial and pointless items of information.

Ever broken any bones?
Oddly enough, no. I probably should’ve, having fallen out of a hay loft, tripped more times than I can count, fallen off the back of a truck, connected with a car windshield… I’m accident prone, but I’m intact. Must be the milk that does the body good.

Any weird things you do when you’re alone?
I talk to myself. I figure I can work out scenes and characters that way and no one is the wiser – well, except now that I’ve told everyone but oh well.

What is your favorite quote and why?
I have two sayings – if things are going fine and I can deal with the issue given, then I say “no worries”. If you’ve stressed me out, then you get a flat “meh”. Both work quite well for me.

What are four things you can’t live without?
Chocolate, DH, Cats, books and not in that order.

What is something you’ve lied about?
The speeding ticket I got when I was in college. I still had the healthy fear of my folks, so yeah, that got paid and ignored.

Who is the last person you hugged?
DH.

Do you like kissing in public?
Who doesn’t?

Do you like to dance?
Like to? Yes. Can I with any rhythm? Nope. We’ve covered the lack of rhythm above, but it still applies. I look like I’m going into anaphylactic shock when I dance.

What is the first curse word that comes to mind?
Oh shit.

What are 5 things within touching distance?
The orange cat, the giraffe pillow, a bottle of soda, a laundry basket and a rumpled blanket. Read into that what you will.

Do you have a crush on anyone?
Gerard Butler.

What is your least favorite word?
Tooken – as in, I’ve tooken this test today. I want to scream TAKEN!!!

A topless dancer plus a cynical cop doesn’t equal a lifetime love…or does it?

There’s more to Jude Nelson than just a sequined thong. She has big dreams of becoming an artist. There’s one tiny wrinkle in her plan-she’ll never forget the bloody image of her friend’s battered body in the dumpster.

Who can a nude dancer turn to for help? Certainly not a hardened undercover cop…

Detective Drew Alwyn is on the case to find out who murdered his good friend and fellow officer. But the moment he sees Jude, he can’t look away. He has to decide which is more important-his dedication to his job or the girl who holds his bruised and battered heart.

Will these two opposites come together to solve the case or will their desire consume them?

Reader Advisory: This story contains scenes of bondage, mentions of drug use by secondary characters, silk, sequins and art supplies used in foreplay, voyeurism and a little spanking for good measure.

The CEO is Away so Derrick Grey can Play..

On Twitter, I am @DerrickStories
Do you ever wish you were someone else?
Absolutely not. But I frequently wish I had other people’s stuff, money, and skills. I could be a Warren Buffet-Michael Jordan-Stephen King hybrid or something neat like that but keep all of my own opinions and oddities.

What did you do on your last birthday?
Told people stories about the amazing things I seem to remember doing in high school. It might be the old age talking but I was pretty awesome back in the day.

What are you working on right now?
If you mean personal development, I’m working on going out with friends more often. If you mean writing development, remembering that characters must have a goal, something that prevents it, and then they must make an attempt to overcome that problem and either achieve it or fail in a way that changes them.

If you mean my next story, I’m working on a short story about a couple stuck in two different cities because of bad weather who really want to have sex with each other but are going to have to get really creative if that is going to happen.

What do you think you’re really good at?
Giving people ideas to improve their stories.

What do you think you’re really bad at?
Coming up with those same ideas to improve my own stories. Fortunately, I have friends in the same boat and we are all pretty good at helping each other.

Have you ever had an imaginary friend?
Absolutely. I used to read books and then the characters would be my real imaginary friends for a while. It helped me get through high school.

Any weird things you do when you’re alone?
Nothing that we do when we are alone can ever really be weird since those things are really just us at our purest. But when people walk in on me after I have been alone for a while and I’m just sitting in a house with no TV or radio on doing things like reading a book or doing chores or sometimes just sitting around, people think I’m strange. Everybody seems to like more noise than I do.

What is something you’ve lied about?
I became such an expert liar at such a young age that it is hard to remember a specific good one. I have convinced myself that some of the things that I know I lied about when I was young actually happened the way I lied about them.

What is the story of your first kiss?
Dorm room. CD on the boom box. Awkward sitting around talking about stuff until I was finally just told to do it. Why do girls always take so long to get to the point?

What kind of music you like?
I like pretty much any style of music from classical to rap to really bizarre alternative. But I am very picky about the specific artists within those styles. Bob Dylan, Cake, Rage Against the Machine are pretty commonly played on my iPod.

Do you like to dance?
I love to dance. Nobody else likes it when I dance. So I mostly do it when nobody is around. Kind of like singing and watching sports.

Bob hates his job amidst the cubicles. One day he meets a pretty coworker masturbating in the stairwell.

His job starts to get much more interesting as she takes a liking to him. In addition to the stairwell, Trish puts a highlighter to good use at his desk.

But when they sneak into the CEOs office to finish their romp, have they gone to far?

Justine Elyot writes Kinky

26 March, 2012 Interviews No comments
Justine Elyot’s first novel, On Demand, was a UK erotica bestseller and since then she hasn’t stopped writing for publishers such as Black Lace, Xcite Books, Carina Press, Total E-Bound and Mischief. More information can be found at her website: http://justineelyot.com/.
Do you ever wish you were someone else?
Not permanently, but it would be amazing to be able to get inside other people’s heads for research. As long as they couldn’t do it back to me.

What did you do on your last birthday?
I can’t remember – but this year I plan to have the champagne breakfast at my favourite beach café.

Do you have any tattoos?
Yes, but I don’t want to be too specific…

What are you working on right now?
I’ve just finished a novel, so I’m plotting and planning my next step.

What do you think you’re really good at?
Remembering trivial and pointless items of information.

What do you think you’re really bad at?
Anything requiring practical skills or common sense.

Is your life anything like it was two years ago?
Yes, pretty similar.

Have you ever had an imaginary friend?
I had an imaginary school at one point – huge cast of characters.

Do you have any phobias?
No, not phobias as such, but I went through a phase of absolutely hating to touch certain types of paper, which was presumably anxiety-related.

Ever broken any bones?
I’ve been lucky.

Any weird things you do when you’re alone?
No.

What is your favorite quote and why?
Far too many to choose one, I’m afraid. I tend to say the following a lot though.

‘Be bloody, bold and resolute’

What is Your favorite ice cream flavour?
Cherry Garcia.

What is something you’ve lied about?
My whole life is a lie. That sounds a bit dramatic but let’s just say hardly anyone in my real life knows about my writing identity.

Who is the last person you hugged?
My husband, this very morn.

Do you like kissing in public?
It depends who I’m kissing…

What kind of music you like?
Lots and lots but I mainly listen to classical music these days.

Do you like to dance?
I’m rubbish at it, but I do enjoy it.

What are 5 things within touching distance?
My new books from Amazon, a tin of perfume samples from Black Baccara, a notepad, some padded envelopes, a clothes catalogue.

What is your least favorite word?
Dollop. Don’t ask me why. I just hate it.

Kinky Cupcake is much more than a meeting place for like-minded BDSM enthusiasts – it’s an all-purpose play space with dungeons, boudoirs and role-play rooms galore. So when Rosie and her new friend Dimitri blag their way in, they know they are going to have to convince everyone that they’re a genuine scene couple.

This isn’t easy, when you’ve known each other all of a few hours, but they give it their best shot. The pleasures of domination and submission are explored, one by one, until Rosie and Dimitri’s faked dynamic becomes all too real. But how much of their emotional bond depends on their shared sensual experiences?

And the truest test of their bond is whether they can be together outside Kinky Cupcake as well as inside its chambers.
